Adaptive Content Filter: local-first by design

From the ZAIXOS team

Adaptive Content Filter (ACF) is our privacy-first browser extension. Filtering is built to stay on your device. Modes like Kids, Work, Focus, and Study use local keyword packs so preferences travel with the browser profile, not a remote parental-control account we do not ship.

What ACF is for

  • Blur, hide, pixelate, dim, or replace words and media based on your preferences
  • Review-before-apply flows from the extension UI
  • Optional PIN Settings Lock
  • Optional on-device adult image detection using ONNX

Optional help, still consent-first

Some help features can use a gateway, bring-your-own-key, or an on-device pack when you opt in. Analytics are opt-in. Cloud help only happens with consent. That boundary is part of the product story, not a footnote.

What we do not claim

We do not claim audio bleeping as a shipped feature, remote family parental-control accounts, or open-vocabulary vision models that are not part of the product. When the Chrome Web Store listing is published, install details will appear on the ACF product site. Until then, treat the product site as the source of truth for availability.
